Are you a "nerd" about pet nutrition? Perfect! We are looking for a vibrant, energetic Store Manager to turn our pet store into the local community hub for pampered pets. This isn't just retail; it’s about making tails wag and making pet parents happy!

• Help customers pick out the perfect, high-quality food, treats, and toys, ensuring they leave confident and satisfied.
• Greet all furry visitors and ensure they receive (safe) treats and lots of love.
• Design exciting, themed product displays and keep the store looking, smelling, and feeling amazing.
• Mentor a team of pet lovers, celebrating wins together and leading with passion and positivity.
• Lead in-store events, charity fundraisers, and product promotions.

Are you a team leader with management experience? Perfect! We are looking for someone who embodies the following:
• A love for dogs and cats and interest in pet health.
• Interest in meeting new people (and their pets!) and building strong community
• 2-4 years of leadership experience
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably with a background in pets, and the ability to lift heavy food bags (50lbs) during high-energy stock days.
• Experience driving sales through education, product knowledge, and great customer service.
